Kirsty is a professional director and adviser with experience in corporate finance, banking, law and financial services regulation.
Kirsty is currently Independent Chair of Toitū Envirocare, Independent Director of Mercer NZ and NZHL and is a member of several advisory boards. She is also a member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal. Her previous governance roles include Public Trust, Salt Funds, Ando Insurance, Montana Catering Group and Simplicity NZ.
Kirsty is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a Chartered Member of INFINZ and a member of Global Women.

Mike is an experienced Chief Executive who has run companies across New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the UK.
He has run his own consulting company for the last 20 years and formed Clarity Advisory with Kirsty in the last few years.
Mike is Independent Chairman of Babbage Consultants, UBIQ and TOBA and was the Executive Chairman of Greenstone Group until Apr 23. He provides leadership support as an advisor and Director for a range of other companies and organisations.
He was a volunteer telephone Lifeline counsellor for 6 years, engaged with NEXT Foundation for 9 years and is now a Trustee on The Talking Matters Charitable Trust and The Engineering New Zealand Foundation.
